Great job, I'm seeing 'flyspray' for the first time and it looks great!
The few tasks from http://alioth.debian.org/tracker/?func=browse&group_id=30287&atid=410685 should be migrated to it or at least linked from it.
I had a look at the bugs there, and I think 2 of those 3 have already been fixed?
