Yes, I would like to have the flexibility to use files instead of
a database.  This makes backup, migration and data moves incredibly
easier.  The only advantage of a database would be speed at a high
volume of data, but we won't have much stuff.

I like MoinMoin too, but ErfurtWiki also looks nice -- if only it'd
support Unicode...
