Erasing a partition table is dangerous, the user should be warned and

It would be good to ask the user for a partition name when they create
one.  However, not all labels support this, so the mkpart(fs) syntax
depends on the label, which is a Bad Thing.

  It also breaks a lot of scripts because they do not give a name.
