I've been quietly working on a Qt-based partitioning tool that uses parted for
the back end called CuteDisk. It is written in PerlQt and will support all
the features of parted, plus /etc/fstab generation. The aim with CuteDisk is
to be more user friendly than QtParted, and provide an easy to maintain
code-base. If there are any interested parties wanting to help on it, I'd be
very happy to discuss this further.
