I know what Larry is talking about. Due to the changes in the API code, libparted now uses the strings "linux-swap(old)" and "linux-swap(new)" instead of "linux-swap". I already sent a rough patch for GParted in GNOME's bugzilla yesterday night. See http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419515
