Hey everyone, Working on getting 1.8.8 together for release. Before pushing that release, I'd like to take care of the GPL3 relicensing as requested by the FSF. The COPYING file needs to be updated and the boilerplates on all of the source files need to be updated (I think, someone correct me if I'm wrong).
