Pending my want to help parted some more, beyond the history stuff, I would like to work alongside someone more experienced with Parted internals and aid in contributing to the resize-partition functionality. Mostly to ensure that data will not be lost. I know this probably should be on the "Edge" devel list, but I figured this is a reasonable place to start pegging around.
