Actually, I didn't test these two patches together, since the BLKPG
patch is not in upstream yet. I tested BLKPG ioctls using
addpart/delpart utilities - I don't think it makes any difference
compared to the BLKPG patch. However, if you think it does, I can give
it a shot.
