Robert Tate spake unto us the following wisdom: > > I am struck by another question now, though, i.e.: > > should --survive-children be the default or not? > > I tend to think that it's better for --survive-children to not be the > default. That makes it easy to support a single long-running process > - which seems like a primary use for xpra.
Not that I can claim this is a "common" case, but ... in my case, my
xpra *generally* has no clients. I use mutt in a screen for email,
and I spawn the screen with an xpra server as its DISPLAY. When I
need to view attachments, viewers are spawned on the xpra display.
The balance of the time, it is often empty.

for evils]. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor
determined to commit crimes.
