Sound like a known bug (covered on this list previously), try to bump
the size of the virtual display to something big enough for your full
virtual display size.

is not functioning. if i move it back monitor 1 works fine.
running intellij (java IDE, UI intense app similar to Eclipse) -
window comes up but does not redraw properly.
