Hi, I have been dabbling in pass for a while - left it, decided to use = something else, but am coming back to it. But I'm now getting an error = that didn't appear at all last time I used it.=20 `pass` on its own works perfectly, and displays a list of passwords. = However, if I try:=20 `pass show myname/email/hotmail` .. then the console freezes for about two minutes and then I get ...=20 gpg: cancelled by user gpg: decryption error : no secret key This is on macOS Sierra. The shell is bash, but I get the same error = when using tcsh (without the nice auto-completion). =20 So under bash ..=20 myname@myMac:~$ env | grep -i gpg GPGHOME=3D/Users/myname/.gnupg/secring.gpg [email protected] = PATH=3D/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sb= in:/sbin:/opt/X11/bin:/usr/local/git/bin:/usr/local/MacGPG2/bin:/Library/T= eX/texbin:/Users/myname/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/ImageMagick/bin:/opt= /local/bin:/Developer/usr/bin:/Users/myname+perl5/bin:/usr/bin:/Users/myna= me/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/ImageMagick/bin:/opt/local/bin:/Developer= /usr/bin:/Users/myname+perl5/bin:/usr/local/MacGPG2/bin/gpg2 ... and in tcsh ..=20 [~] myname@myMac% (103) env | grep -i gpg = PATH=3D/opt/local/bin:/opt/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sb= in:/sbin:/opt/X11/bin:/usr/local/git/bin:/usr/local/MacGPG2/bin:/Library/T= eX/texbin:/Users/myname/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/ImageMagick/bin:/opt= /local/bin:/Developer/usr/bin:/Users/myname+perl5/bin:/usr/bin [email protected] To initialize, I used `pass init [email protected]`. When I started = to get the above error, I tried to start from scratch with `gpg = --list-secret-keys` and then taking the hex number from the output, and = using that as the key-ID. The same problem occurs. =20 _______________________________________________ Password-Store mailing list [email protected] https://lists.zx2c4.com/mailman/listinfo/password-store
