mount_tmpfs(8) still exists, but kern.usermount has been removed[1] last year and therefore cannot be called any more by a normal user. http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=article&sid=20160715125022 One could use doas plus a wrapper script to make it use usable by pass(1) or permanently mount a memory partition, but this is IMHO usually hardly worth the effort given a specific threat model.
