I threw together this Applescript a few months ago which prompts for a website and autofills username and password into Safari. I’ve been using it for the last few months, and it has fit into my workflow pretty well, but I think it could use some usability enhancements (some kind of autocomplete or search, more feedback when information is missing, etc). I’m not super experienced with Applescript, so feel free to help out if you’re able to.
