On a different note, I used to store login in the filename as `<website>/<login>.gpg`, and I forked passmenu to type <login> and copy the password (first line of the content). It was quite good but a bit impractical to deal with many folders honestly.
Later, I decided that having the login in the filename is some form of vulnerability (though it's probably not actually secret info, and having the same easily known content verbatim in many files encrypted with the same key probably allows cracking them more easily). I therefore followed the usual path and now the login is in the second line. I still keep a forked passmenu to type that login while copying the password. (Apparently this is not something people would want from passmenu?) Good luck figuring out what works for you. -- John Gliksberg _______________________________________________ Password-Store mailing list [email protected] https://lists.zx2c4.com/mailman/listinfo/password-store
