Chicken-Noodle Casserole

1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
dash pepper
4 ounces medium noodles -- cooked and drained
1/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted

In a large saucepan, cook mushrooms, green bell pepper, and green onion in 2
tablespoons butter or margarine until tender. Remove from heat. Stir in the
chicken, condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, celery salt, and pepper;
blend well. Gently fold in the cooked noodles. Turn into a 2-quart baking
dish. Combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and the 2 tablespoons melted
butter or margarine; mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture atop casserole. Bake in
a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or till heated through.
