Warm Turkey Pasta Salad
        
Makes: 6 to 8 servings
This easy pasta turkey dish, submitted by Eileen Hauser of New Berlin, is 
adapted from a Family Circle recipe.

Ingredients: 

12 ounces rotelle pasta
1 cup baby frozen peas, thawed
½ cup plain, low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 tablespoons diced pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
¼ cup black olives
2 green onions
2 cups chopped leftover roast turkey
 
 
Preparation: 
Cook pasta according to package directions. Add peas for last 3 minutes of 
cooking.
Meanwhile, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, basil, pimento, salt 
and pepper in large bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and add to bowl. Slice 
olives and onions, and add to bowl. Add turkey and toss.
Drain pasta mixture in colander. Add to turkey mixture. Toss gently, season 
with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
