[Patch-gnuradio] Patch for usrp/host/apps to include omnithread

At least on OSX, the Makefile.am in usrp/host/apps needs to include $ (OMNITHREAD_LA) for each application's LDADD; otherwise the resulting application won't execute. This patch fixes those issues, but I'm wondering if this is just OSX or also on other OSs as well. - MLD
