Attached is a rediffed expect patch for the 5.43.0 version. Though
the original works, every file is patched with offset and fuzz. This
patch applies clean with no differences in the files from what the
original spawn patch would do.

Use if you want. I would not install it in the repository, however,
unless the LFS book uses it. It would only cause confusion.
