Thanks. i understand that you needed to bump the patch version, is it
true? There was a message everyday about that patch missing.

It means that anyone of us can modify upstream repository without a
message sent.

I would like to understand why you used this procedure instead of the
usual "bump version".

Also, I don't understand what you mean by "these kinds of situations".

Finally, I would like to learn how one can refresh "the files from
upstream repository" the way you did.
