Yes, libressl not being in the official book is the reason. If it ever
gets included then some patches could be replaced with sed commands.
Couldn't you just instead keep track of the seds in the LibreSSL ticket
you've created?
I'll leave that you if you're interested as I'm done checking the
packages I care about.
