Title: MEMS Manufacturing - July 2005

Dear Reader,

MEMS Manufacturing is a new international title from the publishers of European Semiconductor Magazine. Micro Electronic Mechanical Systems (MEMS) have been with us for some time but it is only recently that manufacturing techniques have allowed the potential to be fully realised. MEMS have the capacity to impact on every aspect of human life from health sciences to electronics and as yet unrealised applications. The impact of these devices will be of global importance so it is important to have access to knowledge at a global level.

MEMS Manufacturing will be published in Oct 05, Feb 06, May 06, July 06, and Oct 06.
