Summary: comments to clarify complexobject.c

Initial Comment:
The constructor for a complex takes two values, representing the real and 
imaginary parts.  Obviously, these should normally both be real numbers, but 
they don't have to be.  The code to cater to complex arguments led to even Tim 
Peters asking WTF?
