(NOTE: Somebody needs to correct the part about the

* config.guess: Updated to latest GNU version

partly rewrote to fit u2.10.11's Features.
* tools/crypter: Updated some variables, added
another notice, added CVS Id tag, and updated Perl
location.
* tools/hashtoy: Added CVS Id Tag.
* tools/mkpasswd.c: Added CVS Id tag.
* tools/ringlog.c: Added IRC - Internet Relay Chat,

Patch might have those lame "^M"'s in it due to I posted
this from my lame Winblowz box because I was
compiling something on my Linux box. You can just
dos2unix it. Sorry!
