I understand very well (or so I believe) what you want. I was not saying that your metrics are bad or good. So, if a notion of 'release' were to be added to Patchwork, then it would have to be generic enough to not only fit netdev and the Linux kernel, but others as well. Anyway, sorry for the noise.
