Your friendly, neighbourhood patchwork administrator should be able to do this for you. I don't know who this is for that given instance, but a quick look at the "About" page for one of the projects [1] suggests firing an email to "ftpadmin at kernel dot org" might get you somewhere. Alternatively, I think if you create a patchwork user account and link it to your email addresses, then the name used for the patchwork user account will be used in place of the one extracted from a mail address.
