I would like to talk about the following commit:
Allow assigning of any user as delegate

It can result to a very large list of people in the drop down.
It is cool that we can use a kind of autocomplete to find someone,
but it would be better if it was alphabetically sorted.
I also wonder if people really want to appear publicly in this list.
That's why I think it would even better to have an opt-in per-user.
Finally some projects may choose to make things simpler and classify
patches only automatically or to maintainers (the old behaviour).
For those projects, a global option to enable/disable user delegation
would be great.
