The two best people would be Stephen F, as he wrote the Series series,
and myself as I did a lot of the reviews. I'd certainly be very
interested. Feel free to redact anything sensitive.
I'll forwarded a bunch of the error reports to Stephen. Just a sec and
you get some of them as well :)
Stephen figured that minor version number of patch series might also be
a problem, e.g [PATCH v6.1 2/10].
