Hey, Like others [1] I think, I've been having issues with spam registrations.
1: https://github.com/getpatchwork/patchwork/issues/361 I've now made some changes to get a captcha on the registration page, which I'm hoping might help. You can see this at [2] and the relevant commits are here [3].
