This patchset tries to align database configurations between development and production environment, as well as mysql/postgre/sqlite3 database engines.
1. database configurations are now respect environment variables of the same names across all scenarios. 2. drop deprecated startup arguments for docker containers. 3. add tests for supported docker container operations and updated documentation, and finally extends CI test cases for sqlite3 engine.
