Michael, Thanks for sharing the insights on lazy-loading web components and enjoyed your post! We've been doing a lot of research on web components lately but I don't think we've run across a solution like this yet. I definitely see some use cases for lazy loading and agreed with your conclusions about HTTP2. It appears from your post that vulcanized imports can still be used in a lazy-loaded context so hopefully we can support this sort of thing.
