Someone must have told you to slow down.  Going slower might work
better for most people, but I like the high-speed, caffeinated, Doug
Schmidt better.  The quality of the video is quite good.  I'm teaching
a course on OOD and patterns at UIUC this semester, and I'll recommend
your course to the students.
