Hi Christian,
A regular place we go for dinner in the city is Wishbone.
http://wishbonechicago.com/dining/westloop/ (1001 West Washington) It
has pretty easy parking and the prices are reasonable. It's southern
cooking. In the present planning no one will have a car downtown
Tuesday, but we could rendezvous at Wishbone by taxi or foot at 6:00 and
be on the 8:35 train home (to my house about 9:30).
BTW, Our trains leaving downtown are 6:55, 7:35, 8:35, 9:45 (pretty
late) I left off the earlier and later choices.
