Location: Foxboro, MA Duration: 6 months Rate: Open PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst Summary: This client is in need of a candidate to help with global support for PeopleSoft applications and reporting tools as assigned. The candidate will provide day to day problem resolution for all PeopleSoft related modules, interfaces including PI and reporting as needed. Assists HRIS Operations team to resolve second and third tier escalations from HR Help desk, Internal HR, and HR Shared Services keeping in compliance with Service Level Agreements ( SLA). The candidate will act as the project lead for any assigned projects and they will assists in the development of system upgrades and process improvement activities. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements (e.g.; functional and technical) by conducting information gathering sessions with clients, analyzing the information and gaining understanding of business needs. They will develop requirements through functional spec, testing and deployment in each environment. Develop, implement and support analytics and dashboard tools for use by management. Create, schedule and support reports requests across all HR functional groups and data. Support all aspects of HRIS including regression testing, assistance with creation of test scripts and automation wherever possible to meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will act as the project manager of new application initiatives across all countries including ensuring country compliance needs are being met as legally required. The candidate will provide operational support of all HRIS applications and tools including, but not limited to, design, creation, maintenance and product selections for PeopleSoft. They will backup support for other HRIS team members, develop, implement and support standard management report requests. The candidate will create adhoc reports/query’s as required using standard formats for short and longer-term strategic direction to ensure reuse and maintainability, assist in the drive for data quality through the development of auditing tools as well as other appropriate methods Other duties include ensuring legal compliance and auditing, at the country level, is being met or exceeded. Working with Director of Compliance to ensure regulatory reporting deadlines are achieved. Help determine root causes of data issues and changes or develops, processes based on findings. Day to day solving of HR data issues through reporting, process improvement, initiating data changes, etc. Development of process solutions aligned to long term strategic direction of the organization. The candidate should have effective communication and coordination between all sites for all work in quality improvement, process redesign, and any operational issues needing resolution. The candidate will be influencing the design and implementation of new and improved processes across the globe. The candidate will review data and quality processes for legal compliance, accuracy and efficiency. The impact of not achieving accuracy is noncompliance. Reports can be very complicated and require 100% accuracy or impacts are felt elsewhere. Independent judgment during project leadership required and if incorrect, could affect the outcome of the project and the application in a negative way. Required: PeopleSoft 9.0 (would consider very strong 8.9) • In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0, employee and manager self service workflow report writing tools and technologies (e.g.; MSAccess, Excel, Crystal, etc).
