*Position : Talend Developer Location : Atlanta, GA * *Duration : 6-8 Months Phone then Face to Face* Seeking LOCAL resources for an Ab Initio to Talend migration. *Description * • has expert knowledge in one or more programming languages or databases. • has excellent understanding of the entire project life cycle. • must work closely with architects to ensure proper system design. • ensures the highest quality implementations from design through QA to production. • assists multiple team members and other project leads in the day-to-day activities related to project work. • must be able to anticipate hardware and software design needs. • must have the ability to view packages and products to determine their viability within the solution being considered, or if they would be a good solution in other areas. *Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities *• Apply the established processes, policies, standards and procedures. • Provide status reports to Manager on development projects. • Ensure compliance and conduct appropriate test reviews as necessary. *Preferred Qualifications *Expert knowledge with databases and programming languages. 7-10 years of related experience. (At least 2 years of Talend) Retail/business experiences a plus. BS Computer Science or related field, MS a plus. *Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies* Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical. Strong decision making abilities.
