Effective communication skills and possession of strong Business Analysis skills to produce high quality documents.* *2. Develop high trust relationships with business stakeholders and IT* *3. Work closely with business subject matter experts in the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements within a matrix managed environment.* *4. Proven leadership and self-initiative skills to work without direct management oversight by developing, monitoring and tracking plans for the BA deliverables on each assigned project.* *5. Creates and executes tests cases which ensure the end solution delivers the required business results.* *6. Drive adoption of the solution use with the end user community.* *7. Act as a day to day liaison with executives, middle managers, individual contributors, and project team members globally.* *8. Focus will initially be on implementation of 3 MDM products: Supplier Hub, Site Hub and Hierarchy Manager.* *9. Network with the BA community to share best practice, develop BA competency, and coach other BAs in the delivery of artifacts.* *Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to:* *1. Process maps* *2. Data flow diagrams* *3. Requirements specifications* *4. Use case scenarios* *5. Acceptance testing* *Requirements* *• Bachelor’s Degree in technology, information systems, business, engineering, liberal arts.* *• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.* *• Experience with requirements elicitation, requirements management, process mapping, data flow modeling, functional specifications, definition of test scenarios.* *• Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Technologies.
