JOB SCOPE: Application Support Specialist within the Front Office Tower. This role will focus on daily support of the Front Office platforms used by the Fixed Income Businesses. REQUIRED SKILLS: 1. Direct Experience in supporting a Pricing, Risk/PNL, Trade Capture, and Electronic Trading platform for a Trading Desk, or Fund. 2. Broad Asset Management knowledge with direct experience in at least 2 relevant domains: Portfolio Management, Trading, Asset/Position data. 3. Windows Desktop/Server troubleshooting. 4. Basic Linux/Unix Server troubleshooting. 5. Strong command of SQL, or T-SQL. 6. Experience in the coordination and management of release management processes. GOOD TO HAVE: 1. Exposure to supporting Vendor applications (Aladdin, Charles River, or Bloomberg AIM preferred). 2. Understanding of Fixed Income Functional workflows. 3. Ability to troubleshoot networking issues (LAN/WAN). 4. RDBMS architectural understanding of Database Servers (Oracle, SQL Server, or other). 5.
