Minimum 10+ years’ of practical experience in technology, development, and project planning.2. Thorough understanding and experience in technical design and implementation using J2EE technologies3. PMP Certified or equivalent IPMA or AIPM certification or equivalent4. Experience developing and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services.5. Proven experience with system lifecycle development using Waterfall and Agile methodologies and instance management.6. Ability to assess requirements, recommend approaches to customers.7. Excellent people management, team building and customer relations skills.8. Excellent presentation, writing and speaking skills, and interpersonal skills must be demonstrated. Must be well versed in preparing and confidently delivering presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.9. Experience in managing Production Support for Enterprise Application working in a 24x7 operations support model10. Experience in Handling support issues and requirements for applications in the assigned portfolio, regulatory requirements for portfolio, and participates in projects that impact portfolio. 11. Supervising daily activities of production control and monitoring activities to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems with the stakeholders*
