*Position : Ariba Business Analyst * *Location : Allentown PA * *Duration : 9+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype * *Job Responsibilities* - Position’s major responsibility is using the Ariba SIM and SPM modules and working directly with vendors and internal customers to ensure transition from legacy systems and process to Ariba SIM and SPM. - Creating and managing CIF catalogue items. - Responsible for Supplier Integration in Ariba. - Demonstrated understanding of supplier performance management and procurement. - Individual will also support various internal process improvement initiatives/programs as it relates to Supplier Performance Management, Procurement or cross Enterprise initiatives. - This is a client facing role which will interact will all levels of client leadership, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with peers, other team members, and clients. - Create scorecards in the scorecard solution to support the process. - Provide end user support to address scorecard questions/issues. - Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiative as well as develop dashboards and reporting to track Enterprise supplier performance. - Collect and aggregate available data for quantitative scorecard KPIs and other information to support supplier feedback sessions (e.g. historic spend, open commitments, bidding activity, etc.). - Supporting day to day business need in support of the Supplier Performance Program *Job Requirement * - Must be able to speak to the technology around the tool and have an understanding of supply chain. - Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology solutions and concepts. - Previous experience resolving vendor problems or issues Ariba. - Previous supplier enablement experience using ARIBA. - High level of proficiency using (P2P, SIM, APC), Ariba, Excel, and Word. - Able to work well independently and effectively with others in a team setting. - Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiative as well as develop dashboards and reporting to track Enterprise supplier performance. - Excellent experience with MS Office products. - Industry experience is a plus. - Experience with supplier scorecards using Ariba Supplier Information and Performance Management a plus. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results. - Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. - Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business. - Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - A continual desire and capability to learn. - Utility experience is a plus. - Demonstrated understanding of supplier performance management and procurement. - Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp/utilize technology solutions and concepts. - Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills. - Experience with ERPs and MRPs helpful but not required. - Excellent experience with MS Office products. - Industry experience is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results. - Demonstrate an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. - Demonstrate a high sense of responsibility - to users, colleagues, and to the quality and timeliness of one's own work; a willingness and desire to "do what it takes" to support the business. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or other technical field. - A minimum of 1 to 2 years in analytical position performing business analysis, process improvement activities. - A minimum of 1 to 2 years utilizing Ariba Supplier Information Management & Performance. *Regards , * *Kailash Negi* *VSG Business Solutions* *221 Cornwell Dr Bear, DE 19701* *Email ID : [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Visa Transfer OPT, CPT, PT, H1,H4" group.
