The person selected for the role should will be considered based on: 1. Building good Restful services 2. Front-end: should have good JavaScript (AngularJS, ReactJS are nice to have) 3. Doesn’t care about CSS 4. Backend – strong Java. MySQL or Postgres preferred 5. The client prefers candidates that have used multiple languages/technologies but JAVA being core expertise. The company also prefers someone who keeps themselves updated on technology changes in the industry especially in the java community; “how can we improve on our programming craft?” *Things to Consider for the Role:* 1. 2. Which programming language would you be most comfortable/fluent with to demonstrate your coding skills as part of the interview process. 3. On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you coding 100% of the time? 4. How would you rate your knowledge of Web Services in general?
