*Role : Lead AEM/Adobe CQ5 Developer
Location : Broadway (SoHo) New York
Duration : 6-12 Months Interview

role *
*Candidate will be leading other AEM Developers*
*Must have great communication Skills*
* Important skills:*
Tech – *content management experience, AEM (adobe
experience manager), able to gather requirements or define them when needed*
Soft – lead projects, some leadership in development is
needed
*Must have:*
• 7+ years of *exp w/ content management experience*
• 5+ yrs *of exp w/ AEM or Adobe CQ*
• Experience *leading small team and/or projects*
• Experience w/ some requirements gathering, helping
define requirements, leading deployments
*Day to Day:*
Ø The Principal/Lead AEM Developer will assist with migration of legacy
platforms to AEM.
Ø They will be tasked to lead small projects (ex new feature roll-out)
where they will lead 6-8 developers, help define requirements with the
business and lead deployments.
Ø There is a lot of integration for content, this lead developer will work
with many different stakeholder as well as with BA’s to help develop
solution.
Ø The manager said they have a very large team of developers to help with
the migration, what they really need are candidates that can be a lead, has
experience leading projects and small groups of developers and can speak
with the business to help define requirements when needed).
Ø They should also be able to give push-back to the business when needed.
