*Oracle/SQL Server DBA Job – CTH – F2F in UT*
*GENERAL INFORMATION:* Prefer someone local or someone who can attend F2F interview bearing his/her own expenses at client site in UT Rate: $40/hr on C2C or $40/hr on 1099 or $40/hr on W2 Job Role: Oracle, SQL Server DBA (for development team) Location: West Valley City, UT Duration: 3-6 Months CTH Duration: 6 Months on contract and then fulltime hire by client Duration: Very longterm Interviews: Telephonic and then F2F Level: Senior Visa: Open No h1 transfers possible with this client *Expected responsibilities: * 1. Regularly work with the team to review any schema updates or changes to SQL queries. 2. Work to resolve any customer related issues on a priority basis. Most clients will have a locally installed database and this role needs to be able to help an end user trouble shoot any issues. 3. Analyze and drive improvements to our current DB architecture that will make the product more stable, perform better, and allow for large clients to scale the DB. *Required Skills: * 1. The product currently supports Oracle and MS SQL Server. 2. We currently have a DBA that has Oracle background, we are looking for SQL Server knowledge but will also need to be able to assist with Oracle if needed. *What skills/attributes are a must have? * 1. Must be able to work with others and communicate quickly and effectively on status of high priority issues. 2. Healthcare knowledge and experience would be beneficial. 3.
