Job Title: Application Test Analyst Duration: 6-12 months Visa: US Citizens only as of now Location: Charlotte, NC, US Max Hourly Rate: USD $40/Hr on C2C or 1099 Level: Mid-level position Job type: Contract only JOB RESPONIBILITIES: 1. Understand existing technical landscape & processes. Work closely with the SME’s to capture the application knowledge 2. Document the processes and conduct reverse presentation sessions to validate understanding 3. Review requirement change requests and QA change requests 4. Review the functional test plan (test scenarios, conditions and data) 5. Monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites 6. Monitor, measure, control and report the test progress and metrics 7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT and PROD deployments) for year around production releases 8. Help to customize the various tools needed by the QA team - SOAP UI, QTP etc. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1. Tester-Automation Testing-Automation Tools-Testcomplete 2. XML/SOAP UI-Webservices Testing-SOAP UI 3. Proficient in writing complex queries for SQL Server 2014 and SQL 2010 4. Proficient with SOAP UI, QTP / UFT (intermediate to advanced) 5. Proficient in data quality testing - capable to assess and write complex SQL scripts for a heavy transaction & high data volume system 6. Proficient to test Web Applications, Web Services and automate Web Services testing 7. Ensure adherence to the coding and development standards 8. Must have experience with onshore / offshore model 9.
