*Role : SAS Programmer w/ Healthcare Domain Exp. * *Location : Tampa FL* *Duration : 6+ Months * *Interview : Phone / Skype GC, USC, EAD-GC Only* *Job Description: * • Major Healthcare Company has immediate need for a Senior SAS Programmer Analyst Consultant to support healthcare systems. • Will perform analysis, requirements gathering, documentation and develop SAS, SQL reports. • Will write SAS programs, SQL queries and pull data from SQL, Tableau and SAS reports. *Job Responsibilities * • Identifies and recommends operational improvement opportunities through reporting, process and trend analysis. • Develops SAS programs and ad-hoc reports for data analysis to support initiatives using SAS, SAS EG, SQL, Tableau. • Interacts with Senior Management to recommend next-level operational strategies. • Develops ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation • Researches methodologies and conducts metric reporting. • Analyzes trends to recommend process and/or operational improvements. • Prepare detail and summary level reports including written interpretation of analytic results. • Presents results to management. including data-driven business recommendations and alternatives. • Evaluates financial impact of implemented initiatives. *Qualifications:* • Bachelor’s Degree & 7+ years of experience in analysis & programming of SAS applications • Experience analyzing report data using SQL, SAS • Experience *analyzing healthcare applications* • *Prior experience with SAS SQL programming, writing SQL queries and pulling SQL data * • Experience with *SAS EG and/or Tableau a plus* • Experience identifying and reporting on trends • Must have experience with PowerPoint & Excel and present accurate reports to management. • Prior experience joining multiple data sets together and looking for similarities, differences, correlations, etc. • Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with team members • Must have experience working in “fast paced environment” and demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to interface and provide accurate reports to senior executive level management *Regards , * *Kailash Negi* *VSG Business Solutions* *221 Cornwell Dr Bear, DE 19701* *Email ID : [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Phone: 302-261-3207 x 102* Due to High volume of calls, I may not be able to answer your call.
