*GENERAL INFORMATION: * 1. Position: BPM/WPS Operational SME 2. Estimated Duration: 6 months on probation and then extended till 2 years 3. This job is NOT for Milwaukee, WI. Its for Plano, TX. Please don’t get confused with the locations. 4. Interviews: Telephonic and/or Skype 5. Priority: Very high 6. Visa: Open. 7. Preferred experience: 7-15 years 8. Rates: Open and competitive 9. Level: Senior 10. Role: SME *MUST have experience*: 8.x version, BPM, WPS, SOA Integration *Required Skills* 1. Must have 8 years of experience with the following: a. SOA integrations utilizing IBM WebSphere Process Server. b. Business Process Management Workflow development (with underlying service calls to other systems) utilizing IBM BPM. c. JEE development with SOA integrations utilizing Message Driven Beans, Hibernate, Struts, and MVC. 2. Installing and configuring software in AIX, Linux, or other Unix OS. 3. Must have operational certifications or demonstrated equivalent experience operating, tuning, and navigating IBM’s PMR process to resolve roadblocks in the platform with IBM Process Center, IBM BPM 8.5.0 - 8.5.7 and IBM WPS 8.5.0 - 8.5.7. 4. Must have extensive knowledge of the IBM preferred methods to accomplish the equivalent of branching and merging snapshots within projects in IBM process center. 5. Must have at least 1 successful platform upgrade to Process Center 8.5.7 and BPM Advanced 8.5.7 of a highly utilized production platform from 8.5 or older. 6. Must have strong Oracle development skills and experience with UNIX scripting (KSH/Perl), Commercial schedulers (Control M), secure communications (TLS, PGP, SSL, etc.). 7. Solid JEE skills especially in areas of integration leveraging SOA methods including JMS, JDBC, SQL, BPEL, EJB, XML, & SOAP as well as Restful Web Services. Must have experience developing custom bindings to allow for partners who may not be utilizing industry standard interfaces for SOAP or Restful Web Services. *Operational Support Requirements* 1. Operate these systems 24x7 and this candidate will participate in an on-call rotation with 4 full-time team members. 2. To support “bike season,” the candidate will swap one weekday workday a month for a Saturday tethered/work day. 3. In the event of a major incident, candidate may be needed on a conference call to help restore service. This will be on a 24x7 basis. 4. Implementation windows start at 11:00 PM Central Time and can last as long as 8 hours. Candidate will be asked to participate in night-time implementations where the candidate would add value. *General Requirements* 1. Must bring a high level of knowledge and skill to the team in BPM/WPS operations and tuning. Candidate cannot merely supplement existing skills within the team. 2. Must have excellent spoken English communication skills. 3. Must take all HDFS-required regulatory training. 4. Must be in the Plano office during HDFS business hours. 5.
