This resource will work with process development and program management team to analyze, design, test, deploy, and support a comprehensive RemedyForce ITSM solution. . *REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * · 6+ year of experience in the IT · Provide technical subject matter expertise around the following solutions: o BMC Remedyforce suite & ancillary technologies o Service Desk (Incident & Problem Management) o Change Management (Change & Release Management) o Asset Management o CMDB o Service Level Mgt. o Service Request Mgt. · Very familiar with Salesforce Force.com framework, with *hands on development experience with APEX and VisualForce*. · Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with developing in the RemedyForce environment. · A minimum of one year Apex development experience · Experience Developing, configuring and integrating Remedyforce solutions · Windows/Linux experience · Remedy performance tuning and optimization · Highly skilled in analyzing business requirements · Excellent customer facing skills · Integration Experience · Strong Apex code and Visualforce experience · Visualforce Pages · Apex Data loader · Apex Programming · Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Visa Transfer OPT, CPT, PT, H1,H4" group.
