    Rate: $50-$55/hr on W2
    Duration: 1-2 years

    Title: Application Developer –WAS Admin
    Required experience: Web Sphere Application Server, Administration

REQUIRED WAS SKILLS:
    Installation, Configurations, Trouble Shooting Web Sphere Application
Server 6.x, 7.0 and 8.5 various Operating Systems like UNIX, AIX and
Windows.
    Expertise in Analyzing Heapdumps and thread dumps using tools.
    Expertise in deploying, Configuration and Administration of J2EE
applications.
    Expertise in implementing the Workload Management (WLM) using various
topologies at Web Server and Application Server levels.
    Expertise in automating Web Sphere application Server Administrative
tasks
    Good at trouble shooting using Traces, Logs.
    Experienced in installing and upgrading Fix packs and Migrating to
latest versions.
    Provided support in a demanding 24/7 Production Environment.
    Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to lead
bridge calls during production issues.
    Expertise in the complete cycle of project management comprising
development, deployment testing and implementation.
    Strong technical knowledge of configuration of Web Server Plug-ins and
Performance Tuning.

REQUIRED SCRIPTING SKILLS:
    Good knowledge on Administrative
objects(AdminControl,AdminConfig,AdminApp,AdminTask) in Websphere
application Server
    Good experince on JACL/Jython scripts for change, export, and import
existing configuration data for WebSphere Application Server
    change Tasks: Change host name,cell name,node name,server name;
export/import Tasks
