GENERAL INFORMATION:
Title/Designation: Financial Planning Analyst
Location: Sarasota, FL
Duration: 1-3 years
Pay-terms: Open to C2C/1099
Rate: $30 on C2C or $25 on W2 or $30 on 1099
Level: Junior level
Experience: 2-5 years preferably
Interviews: Telephonic only
Visa: Open.
Job: Functional
Domain preference: Financial
Please don’t bargain on the rates as this is a junior level role and all I
am looking out for is atleast 2-4 years of any financial experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
•    Excellent Domain knowledge in FP&A
•    Well versed with Balancing financial controls and Accounting Operations
•    Mange daily functions  (manage accruals, provide financial estimates
to Finance team, create yearly Plans)
•    Develop financial reports using advanced Excel tools such as Pivot
tables, Macros and Functions
•    & drive on consolidating the Command Center Tool for Performance
reporting.
•    Determine adjustments required and prepare journal entries, monthly
accruals and operating expense corrections
•    Perform management reporting on all internal as well as client facing
topics
•    In depth knowledge in Corporate Business Accounting and Corporate
Business Management
•    Works closely with divisional Financial managers and leadership team
to to improve forecast reliability
•    Generate and provide accurate and timely monthly financial expense
information to Finance group.
•    Analyze quarterly and monthly divisional financial statements
including comparison of actual results to budget/forecast and analysis of
key financial metrics and trends.
•    Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end activities for successful closure
•    Fully and completely understand and document the business process
related to assigned general ledger accounting including transaction flow
•    Controllership functions - Reconciliations, analysis & reporting
•    Strong ability to understand financial statements and its drivers and
synthesize them into meaningful analysis as required. Develop analysis &
interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Understand the data flow chart and various IT systems used in the
organization and recommend changes.
•    Ensuring effective & constructive relations with the Client
•    Support the client for SOX testing on a quarterly basis
•    Support the client for internal and external financial and operational
Audit
•    Ensure all exceptions are recorded and provide feedback to the team
•    Managing Cross Training, Volume handling and lead the team to complete
the assigned targets
•    Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues
•    Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and
Group Policies.
•    Good communication skills (written and verbal)
•    Good interpersonal, presentation and documentation skill
•    Adaptability and flexibility working across teams and shifts
•    Ability to lead teams on transformational aspects and continuous
process improvements
•    Take extra initiatives like contributing towards Process Improvements
thru Kaizen, i- portal etc. Completing My Learnings on schedule, Cross
training etc.
