*GENERAL INFORMATION:* MUST have experience: QA+Lead+Scrum+Agile Priority: Very High Visa: Open Level: Senior Role: lead Location: Boston, MA Duration: 1-3 years Job type: Contract Pay-terms: C2C Domain: Banking Sector Interviews: Telephonic and then Face to Face in Boston Office. Rate: $40/hr on C2C – Slightly negotiable. Prefer: Highly prefer local to MA candidates or someone with in the driving distance to the client site No travel expenses will be paid for F2F/In-Person Interview. *JOB SCOPE:* It involves a lot of soft skills in addition to all the regular QA skills, such as leadership/negotiation/push-back with convincing login/influence courageously/synchronize multiple teams etc. *REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:* we need someone who is not afraid to point out the fundamental strategy issues to business sponsors when there are issues and negotiate.
