Role: ETL Tester Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Long Terms Rate: $DOE on c2c. Interview Mode: Phone and Skype: *Data Quality Engineer Responsibilities: (ETL/DW/Services Tester)* Ø Should be well versed with the Data flow and Test Strategy for ETL Testing. Ø Interpret and analyses data from various source systems to support data integration and data reporting needs. Ø Experience in testing Database Application to validate source to destination data movement and transformation. Ø Work with team leads to prioritize business and information needs. Ø Develop complex SQL scripts (Primarily SQL) for ETL. Ø Experience in testing web services applications using REST/SOAP/Postman Ø Execute testing of data analytic and data integration on time and within budget Ø Work with team leads to prioritize business and information needs Ø Troubleshoot & determine best resolution for data issues and anomalies Ø Experience in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing & End to End testing. Ø Has deep understanding of data architecture & data modeling best practices and guidelines for different data and analytic platforms. *Requirements:* Ø Expert technical skills with hands-on testing experience using SQL queries. Ø Extensive experience with both data migration and data transformation testing Ø Extensive experience testing DBMS like Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, DB2 and Sybase. Ø Extensive testing Experience with SQL/Unix/Linux.
