Ok, Chad just got back to me and I quote "IT SUCKS" so I can only assume it has limitations and complications in which the output quality may vary dependant on the input of the user, however it does provide the cost effective manor in which to host a show with multiple people. :-P

Sorry thought it would help,

I'd like to add that you should spend the minimum amount necessary
to start, don't go spending lots of money only to decide
podcasting is not for you, or that you bought the wrong stuff. Also for you 1st few episodes just make sure the content is
correct and that the audio is technically good, you probably won't
    like how you sound.

        Hey Cody,

I use two different programs for screen capture in OS X:

Screenflick - pretty cheap and works well

iShowUHD - Seems to have better options and supports HD

I'm doing a new round of videos and I am going to try
        capturing and
editing (I use iMovie to add intro text, logos, etc...) and
        uploading
        (most will support HD uploads).

For audio I am using a headset with an iMic adapter. You can
        go crazy
here, but I use a Senheiser headset with the iMic and it
        sounds okay.

To make it a "podcast" or a "Videocast" you just need an RSS
        feed. Here
is where I'd love to recomend blip.tv <http://blip.tv/>, but
        they pulled Tenable's videos
for terms of service violation but let other vendors keep
        their channels
(yes, I think Tenable was treated unfairly). So, others like
        vimeo and
you tube will allow you to make an RSS feed from your videos
        which gives
it more of a podcast feel. Always keep a copy of your
        originals though :)

        Cheers,
        Paul
